03

Services Aren’t Clear

Visitors cannot quickly confirm what you service, install, or repair—or whether you cover their area.

04

Poor-Fit Calls

You receive calls from outside your territory or for equipment and services you do not support.

05

Proof Is Hard to Find

Reviews, licenses, warranties, financing, and technician experience are not presented clearly.

06

Job Sources Are Unclear

You cannot tell which services, locations, or campaigns produce worthwhile appointments.

Frequently asked questions

Before You Book

HVAC Marketing and Job Guarantee Questions

What counts as a qualified HVAC job?

For this guarantee, it is an accepted service appointment from a new prospective customer with valid contact information who is authorized to request service, is inside your approved territory, and requests an included HVAC service. Complete requirements are documented before launch.

Does it have to become completed paid work?

No. The guarantee covers qualified HVAC service appointments—not completed repairs, approved estimates, equipment sales, revenue, or profit. An appointment that met the written requirements when accepted counts even if the customer later cancels, declines the estimate, or chooses another contractor.

When does the 45-day period begin?

The period begins after the campaign is live, tracking is tested, availability is confirmed, and the agreed advertising budget is active. Client-caused delays and pauses are not included.

What does “full refund” cover?

The refund covers 100% of the Atlas Found service fee identified in your agreement. Advertising costs paid to third-party platforms are excluded.

Does every HVAC company qualify?

No. We review your services, territory, competition, capacity, seasonal demand, pricing requirements, budget, and current presence before offering the guarantee.

Can the campaign focus on specific services?

Yes. It can focus on agreed services such as emergency repair, AC repair, furnace repair, replacement, heat pumps, maintenance plans, indoor air quality, or commercial HVAC.

Can you target specific service areas?

Yes. We can focus on the areas your technicians serve while reducing calls from locations outside your profitable territory.

Can the campaign adjust for seasonal demand?

Yes. It can prioritize cooling, heating, maintenance, replacement, or indoor air-quality services based on season and capacity.

How will I know whether it is working?

We track calls, booking requests, accepted appointments, and lead sources so you can see what contributes to growth.

The ten-qualified-HVAC-job guarantee is available only to eligible companies and is subject to the requirements, client responsibilities, exclusions, campaign conditions, and refund terms stated in the signed service agreement. A qualified HVAC job means an accepted service appointment that meets the agreed written criteria. The guarantee applies only to the Atlas Found service fee identified in that agreement. Third-party advertising costs are excluded. Qualified service appointments are guaranteed; completed jobs, accepted estimates, equipment sales, revenue, profit, and customer lifetime value are not.
